I’m pretty sure your goal like most people is to know how to be fit and healthy, but what are you doing to achieve this?
With so many interpretations of being fit and healthy everyone will have their own ideas of how to accomplish this, for instance you may be able to run 10 miles but are still overweight!
These are just some questions to ask yourself:
- Are you a smoker?
- Do you have high or low blood pressure?
- Do you drink alcohol regularly?
- Do you exercise 3 or more times a week?
- Do you eat a good and varied diet?
- Do you know how to achieve your health and fitness goals?
As I said before, these are very basic questions that you should ask yourself and be truthful with your answers. If you fall short on any question, then you need to think about how you can move forward to achieve your overall health and wellbeing.
You see just because you can run a mile or do 50 sit ups is not a good enough indicator to assess if you’re fit and healthy, try looking at your overall lifestyle.
So now you should start to look at every aspect of your life and see if you do lead a healthy lifestyle. Start making good positive changes to your lifestyle and they will become habits!
