Keep yourself motivated with usToday is the first day of February and it has been said that the 2nd month of the year is when people feel at their heaviest. This is why it’s been given the nickname ‘Flabruary’ as it’s when people are most likely to either give up their new year’s resolutions or start getting off track with their health and weight loss targets.

Hopefully you have all had a great start to 2012 and have stuck to your weight loss plans to achieve your goals. I want to make sure that you continue on the right track and stay motivated to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.

Make sure that you do not succumb to ‘Flabby February’ and make it ‘Fitbuary’ instead! smiley
