Do you want to know how to live a healthy lifestyle?
I’m asking you this because you need to focus on an end result, it may be that you are losing weight or toning up but what are you doing to ultimately achieve a healthy lifestyle?
I want to give you some great tips so that you can put these into action straight away to improve your health:

- Make sure you take multi-vitamins
- Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water per day (more if it’s a training day)
- Don’t eat after 6pm if you can help it
- Eat a good variety of wholesome foods
- Eliminate sugary foods and sauces
- Exercise 3/5 times per week
By implementing the above points you will be well on your way to dramatically improving your overall health and wellbeing. However, you can’t take short cuts and only follow these guidelines once or twice a week, you need to make it habitual and that means every day without exceptions!
