Now that we are midway into January people are flocking to gyms to start losing weight and improving their health. I know from experience that gyms and health clubs are bursting at the sides in the New Year as a lot of people have had such a bad diet during the festive period.
So if you are one of those busy gym goers exercising and really trying to melt some pounds away but haven’t had any guidance or instructions to work the machines then STOP NOW! The first thing you need to know is how to start losing weight effectively which will save you valuable time in the gym and get you quicker results.
Firstly -Make sure you book an appointment with a qualified instructor to ensure you know how to work the machines correctly (should be free to book.)
Secondly -If you struggle to know which exercises you need to do to reach your goals, again ask the instructors.
Thirdly –If you have an option of undertaking a health assessment (sometimes known as a health MOT) go ahead and book an appointment, they give you a great view of your overall health.
