Have you made any New Year’s Resolutions yet?
The most common resolution is to get fit and healthy and with Christmas now behind us people are thinking about losing weight and improving their health. So instead of making a generalized resolution why not be as specific as possible. For example “I want to lose 14 pounds by June” or “I want to drop 2 dress sizes in 60 days.” Your main aim is to be realistic and don’t set a near impossible goal, which seems to be why so many never accomplish their New Year’s Resolution.
To start the New Year off with a ‘bang’ think about how you want your body to look and see yourself buying smaller sizes and imagine how you’re going to feel in those clothes, good right? And if your goal is to become healthier then be specific. Do you want to lower your blood pressure? Do you want to lower your cholesterol level? The more specific you are the more you can visualize reaching your goal.
Most importantly you need to keep focusing on your goal and never quit!
