How Refreshing Is It To Hear About Celebs Following Sensible Diet Plans!
We hear too much about the latest ‘in vogue’ FAD diets that we are told are followed by celebs!
So, it’s great to see a recent article in the Belfast Telegraph, where it is said that Rihanna eats 5 meals a day to keep her world famous figure in shape. Famed for her skin tight, revealing stage costumes, Rihanna eats regularly throughout the day as part of her health and fitness program.
A friend of the star also added that she will also allow herself to have treats and will in fact include carbs in her food. The news source said that she is not a fan of fad diets!
In an interview with Look, the source said that Rihanna needs carbs at lunch otherwise she gets tired and cranky! Well it’s good to know it doesn’t just happen to me! 
And guess what? She also snacks! But on foods like Brazil nuts which contain selenium to boost her metabolism.
Rihanna is not the only one following a healthy diet plan, the Daily Mail has also reported recently that Jennifer Ellison (UK celeb) is following a sensible diet plan alongside her fitness program.
